It’s open for Filipinos, 15-30 years old. It’s for FREE. You just have to accomplish your application form, complete all the requirements and pass it to the National Youth Commission. At first I didnt believe him but when i looked outside my window, i saw him standing a few meters away from our house. It was nice to see he is grabbing every opportunity to see me. As time passes by, we would learn to forgive each other. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that we also forget the experiences we had. The scars left in every wound are there to remind us of what had happened in the past. It is there to remind us so that we would not repeat what was done before.
